It brings route optimization, automatic or manual dispatch, driver mobile apps, GPS tracking, customer live-tracking pages, notifications, proof of delivery, analytics, and communication into one operational workspace. Support for web, iOS, Android, and API access suits teams managing in-house drivers, third-party partners, or hybrid fleets. Its strongest fit is an organization that needs a polished workflow across dispatch, driver execution, and customer visibility rather than a simple delivery calendar.
Pricing is positioned for established delivery operations. Launch costs $619 per month and includes photo and signature proof of delivery, driver-dispatcher chat, basic route optimization, status and ETA-triggered notifications, plus API and webhook access. Scale costs $1,349 per month and adds barcode scanning, ID scanning and age verification, advanced route optimization with API access, dynamic ETA notifications, auto-dispatch, and an Operational Command Center.
