Onehub is a cloud-based file-sharing and collaboration platform for businesses that need private, branded client workspaces and virtual data rooms. Teams can organize files, preview more than 30 file types, manage access with role-based and object-level permissions, track activity, exchange messages, and assign workflow tasks. Client-facing experiences can include company logos, colors, branded emails, custom domains, embedded sign-in forms, and client dashboards. Onehub supports browser access, iPhone and iPad apps, and a REST API.

Pricing gives smaller teams a relatively low entry point. The Standard plan costs $15 per user per month when billed monthly and includes 3 paid users, 200 total users, 50 workspaces, and 1 TB of cloud storage. Standard Annual costs $12.50 per user per month with the same included limits. Advanced costs $25 per user per month monthly or $20 annually, increasing the allowance to 5 paid users, 1,000 total users, 200 workspaces, and unlimited cloud storage. The Data Room Edition costs $375 per month, or $300 per month annually, with the same listed limits as Advanced.
