OneCatering is catering management software for independent caterers, growing catering businesses and multi-location operators. It brings lead and client CRM, menu building, proposals, contracts, approvals, payments, timelines, staffing, ordering, delivery and marketing into one web-based platform with API access. Its menu builder includes pricing, ingredients and dietary information, while client portals support approvals and payments. The product is suited to caterers that need both event execution tools and customer-facing ordering workflows rather than a narrow proposal or scheduling application.
The plan structure separates core catering work from ordering and larger operational needs. Essentials – Catering covers CRM, proposals and contracts, client approvals, payment schedules, deposit reminders, calendars, timelines and checklists. Online Ordering adds a branded ordering page, website embed, menu options and modifiers, secure payments, and pickup and delivery scheduling. Premium adds advanced documents and e-signatures, payment rules, staffing and scheduling, and email marketing campaigns. Premium+ adds the complete online-ordering module, branded ordering, delivery management and route planning.
