One Church Software review
Broad church accounting coverage with fund tracking, giving, banking, and reporting.

One Church Software is a cloud church management platform with an integrated accounting module for churches that want financial operations connected to giving, contributions, events, communications, and other church workflows. Its accounting coverage includes restricted and unrestricted fund tracking, bank transactions, reconciliation, budgeting, payables, receivables, journal entries, fund transfers, check printing, and financial statements. The platform is available on web, Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and through an API.
Pricing is straightforward at $36 per month. The Accounting add-on includes the accounting module and is available as an add-on to Church Management plans. The Financial Plan also costs $36 per month and combines accounting with payment processing, online and text giving, giving pledges, custom forms, and ad-hoc reporting. A 30-day trial is available. Churches comparing plans should distinguish between accounting access as an add-on and the broader Financial Plan, especially if donation and payment tools are part of the same purchasing decision.
Its strongest fit is a church that needs more than a basic ledger. Fund-level budgets, budget-to-actual reporting, contribution batches posting to the general ledger, full financial reports, and payable workflows provide a broad accounting foundation. Plaid and CSV imports support bank transaction entry, while integrations with Square, SongSelect by CCLI, PraiseCharts, and eSPACE extend the surrounding platform. Churches seeking a connected management, giving, and accounting system should find the coverage relevant. Organizations wanting only a narrow standalone accounting tool may find the wider platform structure less aligned with their needs.
