Our verdict on One Adviser
One Adviser is practice management software for Australian financial advisers, financial planning practices, and AFSL licensees. It brings together CRM and client lifecycle management, fact finding, risk profiling, SOA and ROA production, compliance registers, workflow automation, revenue and fee tracking, scheduling, approved product list management, and a secure client portal. Its intended audience is advice practices that want operational, documentation, and compliance functions in one platform rather than separate tools.
The plan structure is broad. Essentials covers CRM, fact finding, risk profiling, basic SOA and ROA advice, basic compliance, calendar functions, and notifications. Professional adds workflow automation, a white-label client portal, revenue and fee tracking, correspondence, mail merge, and an advanced advice builder. Enterprise adds HR and payroll, multi-practice management, white-label branding, priority support, and a dedicated success manager. The platform also separates access by role, including client service or admin, paraplanner, compliance manager, adviser, and principal or practice admin seats. The Adviser seat is listed at 149 per seat per month with monthly billing, and prices are subject to GST; platform fees and role-based seat fees are separate.
One Adviser is strongest where compliance workflows and advice production are central. AI-assisted drafting, meeting transcription, summaries, and compliance checks complement registers, checklists, breach and complaints management, audit logs, and advice approvals.
