Ollasync brings browser-based meetings and virtual classrooms together with live translated captions and spoken audio. It is aimed at tutors, trainers, coaches, academies and teams that need multilingual sessions alongside tools such as screen sharing, whiteboards, breakout rooms, chat, polls and participant controls. Live translation supports 19 languages, and meetings can accommodate up to 300 participants. AI notes can turn recordings into searchable transcripts, summaries and action items, making the product relevant beyond the live session as well.

The plan structure separates meeting notes from live translation. The Free plan includes AI notes, transcripts and action items, plus passkeys and two-factor authentication; it also limits users to one active deal room. Pro costs $19 per user per month, billed monthly, and adds live translated captions and spoken audio, AI class notes and summaries, and unlimited deal rooms. Business costs $29 per user per month. It adds OIDC single sign-on, audit logs, view-only watermarks, DPA and priority support, along with webinars that accept OBS/RTMP streaming input. The stated webinar capability is streaming input; webinar translation is not specified.

Ollasync fits teams that want translation inside a browser meeting rather than a separate captioning layer. Screen sharing, whiteboards, breakout rooms, waiting rooms, co-hosts and participant controls provide a broad classroom and meeting toolkit. Local recording in a participant's selected audio language and AI-generated follow-up notes extend that focus. Integrations include OBS, RTMP, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace. Organizations can choose cloud or self-hosted deployment, while the listed platform is web. The vendor says machine translation is not a substitute for certified interpretation, so sessions requiring certified interpreters should use an alternative. Teams seeking non-web meeting apps may also prefer a different product.
