OfiPro is online invoicing and accounting software for professionals, small businesses, SMEs, larger companies, and accounting practices in Spain. Its scope extends beyond core bookkeeping: users can manage customer and supplier invoices, electronic and corrective invoices, accounting, inventory, purchasing, sales documents, treasury, tax support, document processing, permissions, and accountant collaboration. The software is delivered as an online Windows application, with access from iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.
Pricing is divided by operating model. OfiPro Fácil costs €29.95 per month and focuses on invoicing, with up to 25,000 invoices, one user, and no stock management. OfiPro Pyme costs €49.95 per month and adds optional accounting and 1 GB of document management for one user. OfiPro ERP costs €99 per month and includes invoicing and accounting, one branch or store, 2 GB of document management, and advanced business management. OfiPro Contabilidad costs €29.95 per month for accounting, one company, and 1 GB of document management. OfiPro Asesorías costs €49.95 per month and supports multi-company accounting for practices and professional firms, with up to 10 companies. A 7-day free trial is available, and listed prices exclude VAT.
Its strongest fit is for organizations that want bookkeeping connected to operational workflows. Inventory, warehouse and item management sit alongside purchasing, orders, delivery notes, quotes, SEPA direct-debit remittances, and tax calculation and filing support. EVA processes PDF, image, scanned, and electronic invoices, while Mi Asesoría supports permissions and accountant collaboration. Bank workflows use imported AEB 43 statements and reconciliation rather than live bank feeds or automated reconciliation. Choose OfiPro for breadth, Spanish business processes, and distinct accounting or ERP paths; choose an alternative if live bank connectivity or automated reconciliation is central.
