OfficeSpace review
A broad workplace platform for desk booking, rooms, floor plans, and operations.

OfficeSpace is a workplace management platform for facilities, workplace experience, and commercial real estate teams. It combines desk and meeting-room booking with interactive floor plans, employee wayfinding, hybrid-work coordination, workplace analytics, facility requests, and administrative controls. Employees can reserve desks and rooms through web, iOS, Android, Slack, and Microsoft Teams, while administrators manage seating rules, approvals, check-ins, occupancy data, and workplace operations. It is best suited to organizations coordinating multiple locations, workplace systems, and office processes rather than teams seeking only a basic desk reservation tool.
Its strongest differentiator is breadth across the workplace workflow. Meeting-room reservations include availability, capacity, amenities, and automatic release, while desk bookings support recurring, multi-day, and advance reservations. Digital floor plans connect wayfinding with facility requests, including photos and location details. Check-in can automatically release unused reservations, and administrators can use utilization, occupancy, and booking analytics. Integrations span Microsoft 365 and Outlook, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Workspace, Teams, Slack, Zoom, identity systems, HR platforms, and Jira. SSO integrations include Okta, Microsoft, and Google, with API and Chrome extension support adding further platform reach.
The published plans are Essentials Plus and Pro Plus. Essentials Plus includes desk and room booking, employee experience tools, integrations, move management, facility requests, and a mobile app. Pro Plus adds portfolio management, workplace intelligence, real-time utilization, badge, Wi-Fi, and IoT connectors, advanced integrations, and presence check-in. Pricing is contact-sales and follows a footprint-based model tied to real-estate footprint and module mix, so buyers should expect a tailored quote rather than a public per-user price. OfficeSpace fits large, integration-heavy workplaces that need operational depth; smaller teams wanting a focused, simpler booking experience may prefer a narrower tool.
