OfficeKit HR is a cloud HRMS for small, mid-market and enterprise organizations operating in India, the UAE and wider GCC. It brings together employee profiles, organizational charts, documents, employment history, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll, performance management and employee self-service. India statutory payroll and UAE WPS payroll support make it particularly relevant to employers managing payroll processes across those markets. Web, iOS and Android access extends core workflows to employees and managers.
Its plan structure adds breadth as organizations move up the tiers. Silver includes core HR and employee records, attendance and leave, payroll, employee self-service and a mobile app. Gold adds multi-company management, claims and reimbursements, and performance management, while Platinum adds travel, training and grievance management.
