Our verdict on Odro Vision
Odro Vision is a video interviewing and candidate shortlisting solution for recruitment agencies and hiring teams. It combines live two-way interviews with asynchronous one-way interviews, giving recruiters options for real-time conversations and structured video screening. Recording, candidate document attachments and digital ID checks add supporting tools around the interview process, while co-branding helps agencies present client-facing shortlisting portals under their own identity.
Its strongest fit is recruitment workflow coordination rather than video meetings alone. Client-facing dashboards bring interview and shortlist analytics together with real-time activity notifications, helping teams share candidate progress with clients. Integrations with Bullhorn, JobAdder and Vincere connect Vision with selected recruitment CRM and ATS environments. Zoom and Microsoft Teams can also support live interviews, which may suit teams that already rely on those meeting platforms. The combination of live and solo asynchronous formats gives recruiters flexibility across different hiring processes, while recording supports later review.
Pricing is quote-based: the published approach depends on product combinations and license count, so buyers should discuss their intended workflow and deployment needs with Odro. Vision is a focused choice for recruitment teams that need branded shortlisting portals, client visibility and ATS-oriented connections alongside video interviews. Teams seeking a simple standalone video meeting tool, a transparent self-serve plan comparison or a broader general-purpose hiring platform may prefer an alternative with those priorities. Its value is clearest when screening, shortlisting and client collaboration are part of the same recruitment process.
