Odin RMM review
A low-cost RMM with detailed telemetry, automation, patching, and multi-tenancy.

Odin RMM is a cloud remote monitoring and management platform for managed service providers and internal IT teams. Its dependency-free agent monitors Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints, while the platform adds alerting, scripting, policy enforcement, remediation, patch management, inventory, remote access, and multi-tenant customer and brand management. It fits teams that need broad endpoint visibility and operational controls without starting with a large per-device commitment.
Pricing is split between technician plans and RMM endpoint tiers. Basic costs $15 per technician per month and includes helpdesk and ticketing, a documentation wiki and customer portal, 50 RMM agents per account, mobile apps, and email support. Pro costs $39 per technician per month and adds unlimited RMM agents billed per endpoint, patch management, automation and run-on-many, network discovery and vulnerability scanning, and priority support. For Pro and Enterprise, endpoint monitoring costs $2 per device per month for 0–100 devices, $1.50 for 100–500, and $1 for 500+. Enterprise adds advanced security controls, white labeling, SSO / SAML / Microsoft Entra, custom integrations, migration assistance, and a dedicated success manager. The published pricing page lists a 14-day trial with no credit card required to start.
The strongest functional case is its telemetry-to-remediation workflow: teams can define threshold- and event-based alerts, create smart groups from endpoint facts, run scripts across devices, schedule jobs, detect configuration drift, enforce local policies, and manage Windows, macOS, and Linux patches. Inventory spans hardware, software, BIOS, network, and peripherals. Integrations include Splashtop, HostedScan, Chocolatey, Asset Panda, Twilio, Microsoft Entra, REST API, and webhooks. Choose Odin RMM when detailed monitoring and automation matter across multiple tenants; teams needing a free plan or advanced security controls at a lower tier should look elsewhere.
