O&O Syspectr is a cloud-based remote monitoring and management service for Windows PCs, servers and virtual machines. It suits IT teams that want centralized visibility and administration across a Windows environment, including small teams starting with the free plan and organizations needing recovery capabilities. Supported systems include 64-bit Windows 8.1 and later, Windows Server 2012 R2 and later, and virtual machines on Hyper-V, VMware, Microsoft VPC and Oracle VirtualBox.

The Free plan covers up to 10 PCs and servers and includes online status, process and service monitoring, software and hardware inventory, Microsoft Defender and Windows Security management, and 30 days of event retention. Premium costs EUR 34.51 per month and adds unlimited devices, process blocking, performance optimization, disk cleanup, remote desktop and assistance, Remote PowerShell, reports, groups and permissions, with 180 days of event retention. Enterprise is EUR 58.31 per month, includes Premium benefits and adds advanced management, order processing, additional access accounts and 365 days of event retention. The Resilience package focuses on recovery, with Intel AMT/vPro, Windows Recovery Environment management, remote access to that environment, automatic system backup and recovery, and O&O BlueCon via Connect. Its pricing is package-dependent.

The feature set is concentrated on Windows administration: monitoring, patch management, inventory, security management and scheduled script execution sit alongside remote support tools on paid tiers. That focus makes Syspectr a fit for teams managing Windows estates rather than mixed-OS fleets. Its listed integration is O&O BlueCon via Connect, so buyers prioritizing a broader integration ecosystem may prefer another RMM. Cloud service data is hosted in Germany; the product lists GDPR and two-factor authentication, with email and documentation support. Choose Syspectr for Windows-centric monitoring and, with Resilience, recovery workflows; look elsewhere if broad platform coverage is essential.
