NTT Cloud Fax is a business cloud fax service for organizations that want to send and receive faxes through established email workflows. Inbound faxes arrive as PDF email attachments, while outbound faxes can be sent from email attachments, the email body, or both. Microsoft Exchange and Gmail environments are supported through an SMTP connector, with Outlook listed among the integrations. It suits teams that need managed fax connectivity without analogue fax devices, including organizations that require local numbers or number porting in supported countries.
The service uses a contact-sales pricing model with three published options. Cloud Fax Service - Per Line includes inbound and outbound fax handling, up to five fax senders per line, and unlimited recipients. Cloud Fax Service - Additional User adds one user to the permitted outgoing-fax user list. Pay-as-you-go outbound faxing covers outgoing faxes outside included destinations or plan coverage. This structure gives organizations a way to separate line access, additional outgoing users, and extra outbound usage, while billing is managed through NTT agreements. Email integration is the central fit rather than a broad end-user application ecosystem.
Operational features focus on dependable fax exchange and visibility. Successful or failed delivery email notifications help users track transmission outcomes, while T.38 and T.30 protocol detection supports different fax connections. Local phone number ordering and number porting are available in supported countries. NTT also provides 24-hour, 365-day English-language service-desk support and 24/7 Cloud Voice network monitoring. Organizations should choose NTT Cloud Fax when email-based sending, managed connectivity, and service coverage matter most. Teams seeking a non-API platform experience or a self-service pricing model should consider alternatives.
