Nozzle is a web-based customer analytics platform for Amazon sellers and brands. It connects with Amazon Marketing Cloud, Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Vendor Central to analyze sales, advertising, customer acquisition cost, purchase journeys, retention, cohorts and customer lifetime value. Amazon-focused ecommerce teams can use its dashboards to examine repeat purchasing, profitability and breakeven advertising metrics across multiple marketplaces.

Pricing is organized around total annual sales. The Growth plan costs $399 per month or $2,951 per year and includes sales and cohort analysis, ads performance and CAC, purchase journeys up to three orders, and a three-month LTV and CAC preview. Scale costs $699 per month or $7,031 per year, adding 24-month LTV and CAC cohort analysis, purchase cadence, events analysis and unit economics. Intelligence costs $1,400 per month or $15,200 per year, with full platform access, DTC-to-Amazon overlap analysis, unlimited purchase journey depth, a dedicated customer success manager and early feature access. Intelligence+ adds custom AMC reporting, ads strategy consulting, bespoke analysis, monthly performance reviews and 1:1 account management.

Nozzle is most suitable for teams that need Amazon-specific customer economics rather than a general-purpose ecommerce analytics layer. Its strongest fit is measuring how acquisition, advertising and repeat purchases affect longer-term value, with CSV exports available from selected reports and scheduled data refreshes. The main trade-offs are the paid-only model, the $399 monthly starting point and the Amazon-centered integration set. Teams seeking broad non-Amazon ecosystem coverage or a lower-cost entry point should consider a different type of analytics product.
