Novigem is a Salesforce-native employee gamification platform for sales, support, field service, recruitment, customer-success and consulting teams. It runs as a managed Salesforce package, awarding quality-weighted points when records are updated. Challenges, streaks, badges and leaderboards appear inside Salesforce, while managers get dashboards and coaching signals. The Wallboard can show standings on office TVs, making Novigem a focused option for teams already working in Salesforce Lightning.
Pricing is organized into three tiers. Team costs €399 per month with annual billing and includes unlimited challenges, points, badges, leaderboards, unlimited Wallboard screens, Chatter and email notifications, manager dashboards and a mobile-ready Salesforce app. Business costs €699 per month annually and adds priority support and onboarding, advanced analytics and reporting, reusable challenge templates, API access and quarterly business reviews. Enterprise includes all Business features plus a dedicated success manager, custom integrations, an SLA guarantee, security reviews and a success plan. Prices exclude VAT; monthly billing is available at an additional 20%, and the six-week pilot is optional.
Novigem connects with Salesforce, Salesforce Chatter and Slack, and its no-code rule builder supports standard and custom Salesforce objects. Cloud deployment and web access keep the product centered on the Salesforce ecosystem rather than a separate service, with data remaining in Salesforce according to the product description. The category specification lists no rewards catalog and a 15-participant limit, so teams seeking broader incentive-store functionality or larger listed participation should evaluate alternatives. Salesforce-centric organizations that want KPI challenges, manager visibility and office wallboards are the clearest fit.
