Notepik is a web-based AI meeting-notes product for teams that need to turn calls into decisions and assigned follow-ups. It captures Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams meetings through a bot, and also accepts audio or video uploads up to 2 GB. The service produces speaker-labelled, timestamped transcripts, summaries, decisions and action items, with suggested owners and due dates. Its audience includes agencies, product teams, sales teams, research teams and managers.

The plan structure covers individual evaluation through broader team workflows. Free includes summaries, decisions and action items, search across recorded meetings, and no card requirement; it includes one hour of meetings per month. Starter costs $14 per month or $140 per year and adds Slack, Asana, Trello and ClickUp integrations plus daily or weekly digests.
