A paid, chat-first tracker for teams that need projects, billing, and reports.

NikaTime is a time-tracking service for agencies, consultancies, and project-oriented teams. Its main workflow collects work logs through Slack and Microsoft Teams chatbots, then adds daily timesheet check-ins, reminders, project monitoring, and reporting. Teams can track billable time, time off, missing hours, and overtime, while managers can review team, project, user, and time-off reports. It fits organizations that want employees to log time in chat rather than maintain a separate manual timesheet routine.
Pricing is straightforward but paid-only. The Monthly plan costs $4.99 per user per month with monthly billing and includes all features, unlimited users and projects, Slack and Teams integration, cancellation anytime, and standard email support. The Yearly plan costs $3.99 per user per month with annual billing and adds two months free, priority support, an onboarding session, and SOC 2 and DPA on request. A 30-day free trial provides a way to evaluate the service before committing. The annual plan is the lower-priced option, while the monthly plan offers more billing flexibility.
NikaTime’s strongest fit is for teams already working in Slack or Microsoft Teams and needing practical project and billing controls. CSV and PDF exports, Xero and QuickBooks exports, and a REST API for records, projects, and time-off data support broader reporting and accounting workflows. An AI business-intelligence command adds another way to query business information. The service is less suitable for organizations prioritizing native mobile, dedicated desktop, or offline tracking workflows. Choose it for chat-based collection with budget visibility and exports; consider alternatives if those platform needs are central.
