A broad cloud inventory system with a free entry plan and limited integration options.

Nexynt Asset Management is a cloud-based system for tracking equipment, accessories, consumables, and software licenses across their lifecycles. It is aimed at small organizations that need core inventory controls alongside assignments, checkouts, returns, warranties, maintenance, depreciation, audits, and reporting. Employees can view assigned equipment through the My Assets self-service portal, while teams can connect assets with tickets, other assets, and onboarding workflows. The product is delivered within Nexynt’s broader cloud workspace, which also includes service desk, people management, task management, chat, meetings, documents, and AI features.
Pricing supports a gradual start. The Free plan costs $0 per organization and includes up to 3 users, 500 MB of storage, chat, and meetings. Starter costs $50 per organization per month for up to 10 users, 10 GB of storage, video calls, and advanced reporting. Team costs $112 monthly for up to 25 users, 50 GB of storage, Asset Management for 750 assets, and HR onboarding. Business costs $400 monthly for up to 100 users, 200 GB of storage, priority support, and advanced reports. Scale costs $1,750 monthly for up to 500 users, 1,024 GB of storage, 50 custom roles, and advanced reporting. Enterprise includes unlimited users, storage, and custom roles, plus priority support. Starter Annual and Team Annual offer annual billing.
The strongest case for Nexynt is breadth: inventory records extend from serial numbers and asset tags to license seats, keys, renewals, stock batches, low-stock alerts, maintenance history, depreciation, CSV exchange, dashboards, audit trails, and more than 25 report types. Its ecosystem fit is narrower than its feature coverage, with integrations centered on Nexynt native modules, a REST API, and webhooks. Small teams wanting a broad inventory foundation should consider it; organizations needing a wider prebuilt integration marketplace or a non-cloud deployment should look elsewhere.
