Retail and regional teams can schedule work, attach photos and files, submit mobile counts, communicate with head office, and track completion. It is best suited to South African retail businesses that want broad coordination across stores rather than a narrow task list.
Its strongest area is operational coverage. Teams can distribute planograms and display instructions, collect photo verification and feedback, run recurring counts, and use store, regional manager, and mystery shopper checklists with scoring and recurrence. Announcements include acknowledgements and read receipts, while structured requests provide status tracking and two-way communication. Approval queues, sign-offs, and audit trails add control for head-office workflows.
