NexTek ePurchase is a cloud-based procurement automation application for businesses and procurement teams. It supports purchase requisitions, RFQ creation, supplier invitations, quotation submission, rate comparisons, approval workflows, purchase orders, supplier records and procurement analytics. The product is suited to organizations managing purchasing across manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, trading, healthcare, construction, packaging, oil and gas, services and multi-location operations. Buyers have web access, while suppliers can submit quotes through web and mobile applications, including an Android app.
Pricing is structured around three plans. Standard costs $10 per user per month with annual billing and includes a centralized dashboard, manual purchase request creation or upload, 50 RFQ invitations per month, supplier quote submission, automated rate comparison, RC approvals and up to 5 user accounts. Pro costs $20 per user per month with annual billing and adds integrated purchase requests and purchase orders, 100 RFQ invitations monthly, PO approval automation, reverse auctions up to 100 per month, a 3-plant setup, 15 user accounts and PR and PO integration APIs. Enterprise adds unlimited RFQs and reverse auctions, unlimited users and plants, AI-powered RFQ distribution, multi-currency and multi-time-zone support, separate test and production environments, and longer data retention. A 30-day trial is available.
Its ecosystem fit is a central strength: NexTek ePurchase supports SAP, Oracle, third-party ERP systems and REST APIs. Core controls include two-factor authentication and IP access control, while supplier records, distribution lists, evaluations, customized reports and analytics extend beyond basic request handling. Teams needing a focused RFQ and approval workflow can start with Standard or Pro; organizations requiring unlimited scale, broader ERP operations or multi-location controls are better aligned with Enterprise. Buyers seeking a free plan, monthly billing or a smaller purchasing tool may find the paid annual structure less suitable.
