NexA is a digital platform for financing approved trade receivables across supply chains. Suppliers can request early payment against invoices approved by an anchor buyer, while investors fund ring-fenced buyer sub-pools. The model is suited to organizations exploring tokenized invoice financing; it is less suited to buyers seeking a general-purpose invoicing system.
The financing workflow centers on buyer approval and an irrevocable payment undertaking, with settlement by the anchor buyer at invoice maturity. Suppliers may finance part or all of an approved invoice, and the published terms describe same-business-day advances and non-recourse financing. NexA tokenizes approved receivables as blockchain-recorded ROR Tokens, while daily NAV tracking gives investors a view of their units.
