NevTan Mail is a browser-based business email workspace for teams and organizations that need custom-domain mailboxes, administration controls, and shared communication tools. Its Free plan provides 5 GB per mailbox, supports up to 10 mailboxes, and never expires. The service also includes unlimited aliases and groups, calendar and meeting scheduling, tasks, notes, search, snooze, and scheduled sending. Mailbox administrators can use role-based controls, while users can connect desktop clients through IMAP/SMTP.

Pricing is unusually low for custom-domain hosting. The Free plan costs $0 per mailbox annually and includes 5 GB of storage. Growth costs $2 per mailbox per year for 35 GB, Business costs $5 for 100 GB, and Pro costs $12 for 250 GB. Growth, Business, and Pro have no mailbox limit of their own. Paid storage packages are billed annually per mailbox, so the main choice is how much storage each mailbox needs rather than which collaboration features become available at each tier.

NevTan Mail fits organizations that want domain-based email alongside practical scheduling and administration features. Google Calendar sync and meeting links for Zoom, Google Meet, or other video services extend the workspace beyond email, while IMAP import supports migration from Google, Yahoo, and Zoho. TLS-encrypted connections and two-factor authentication are included. End-to-end encryption should not be treated as an available capability: the FAQ says it is not yet offered, despite different wording on the homepage. Organizations requiring verified end-to-end email encryption should choose another provider; teams prioritizing low annual cost, mailbox storage, and broad mail-client compatibility are the stronger fit.

NevTan Mail pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Free tier includes 5 GB per mailbox and supports up to 10 mailboxes
    • Custom domains include SPF, DKIM, DMARC guidance, aliases, and groups
    • IMAP/SMTP, calendar sync, meeting links, and mail import support
  • Where it doesn't
    • End-to-end encryption availability is described inconsistently across official pages
    • Browser access is the primary platform, with desktop access through IMAP/SMTP
    • Paid plans are billed annually per mailbox rather than monthly
