NetZoom DCIM is a hardware-agnostic platform for managing data center IT and facility infrastructure. It is designed for teams that need one system for asset and inventory lifecycle management, rack and device modeling, power and network connectivity, capacity planning, monitoring, alerts, workflows, visualization, and reporting. Its scope fits organizations operating across colocation, government, manufacturing, financial, medical, education, and other environments, especially where infrastructure spans on-premises and cloud settings.

The published plans separate deployment scale and operating model. NetZoom Enterprise On Premises includes unlimited site data centers, branch offices, racks, devices, and ports. NetZoom Enterprise SaaS includes unlimited users, one site of up to 200 racks, and unlimited devices. Subscriptions are annual and renewable, with pricing handled through sales quotes. That structure suits organizations evaluating deployment requirements before committing, but it gives buyers less immediate cost clarity than a self-serve product. SaaS also has documented limits: discovery, monitoring, third-party integration, SDK, and administration features are unavailable there.

NetZoom’s strongest fit is its breadth across infrastructure operations. Teams can combine rack elevation, 2D and 3D visualization, space, power, cooling, compute, and port capacity planning with threshold-based alerts and environmental monitoring. Integrations include ServiceNow, vSphere, Hyper-V, Amazon AWS, Google Cloud, CMDBs, RFID, intelligent PDUs, and AMI DCM. REST API access supports broader ecosystem connections, while mobile inventory scanning and audit reconciliation extend the workflow beyond a central interface. Choose NetZoom when lifecycle control, facility visibility, and hybrid deployment matter together. Organizations seeking a narrowly focused tool, transparent public pricing, or the full discovery and integration feature set in SaaS should consider alternatives.
