Netsbee review
A Wi-Fi scanner with device discovery, risk checks, and paid monitoring alerts.

Netsbee is a Wi-Fi security app for people who want to see what is connected to a home network and check for potential risks. Its iOS app scans networks, identifies devices, checks router settings and hardware, and explains risks with recommendations. Device fingerprinting can help identify hidden cameras and microphones. A separate Mac helper can enhance scans initiated from the iOS app, making the product most relevant to Apple users who want local network checks alongside selected internet-facing monitoring.
The Free plan includes Wi-Fi network scans, connected-device discovery, and basic risk analysis. Membership Monthly and Membership Annual add Cloud Intelligence background alerts, data breach monitoring, internet exposure detection, unusual internet activity detection, monitoring for up to 20 locations, and priority support. The vendor's pricing page lists a 7-day introductory trial; the App Store US listing shows $2.99 monthly and $24.99 annually. Those amounts are tied to the App Store listing, while the vendor pricing page does not publish membership amounts. Buyers should compare the listing and checkout terms for their region before choosing a plan.
The main distinction is between scans initiated on-device and monitoring that continues through Cloud Intelligence. Paid membership covers selected internet-facing risks, including exposed services and internet-visible devices, and can alert users when monitored risks change. Netsbee also checks email addresses or personal information against known data breaches and offers network performance checks and port analysis. That mix suits individuals or small households seeking visibility into devices and exposure, but it is not a fit for buyers needing a broadly supported desktop app: macOS refers to a companion helper, not a standalone version of the iOS app. Those who only need basic scans can start with Free; ongoing alerts and exposure checks require membership.

- Paid plans add exposure detection, breach monitoring, and background alerts
- Where it doesn't
- Cloud Intelligence monitoring and alerts require a paid membership
- Monitoring is capped at 20 locations on membership plans
- The iOS app is for iPhone; macOS support uses a separate companion helper
