NetLock RMM is a remote monitoring and management platform for internal IT teams and managed service providers. Its web console and endpoint agents cover real-time monitoring, inventory, operating-system and application patching, software deployment, scripting, remote shell, remote screen control, file management, and encrypted relay tunnels. The platform supports cloud and self-hosted deployments across Windows, Linux, macOS, and Android, with multi-tenant administration, optional ticketing, and AI capabilities.
Pricing is structured around two versions of Pro and a free Community Edition. Community Edition costs €0 per month, supports up to 25 devices, and includes unlimited tenants, users, and locations, all features, community Discord support, and email support for account and sales. Pro costs €55 per month when billed monthly and adds unlimited devices, tenants, users, and locations, along with weekday email support, weekday online meetings, and remote server setup assistance. Annual billing saves two months compared with monthly billing, and a 14-day free trial is available.
The feature set suits teams that want more than basic alerting: scheduled PowerShell, Bash, Zsh, and Python jobs, bulk command execution, unattended access, remote file management, policy assignment rules, application catalogues, SSO, and two-factor authentication are included. Its hybrid deployment model and broad operating-system coverage also support mixed environments. Community Edition is a practical fit for small deployments that value open-source software and can rely on community support. Teams managing more than 25 devices, or those requiring weekday vendor assistance and remote server setup support, should choose Pro instead.
