Our verdict on MyPlace

For hospitality venues and other businesses offering visitors internet access, MyPlace combines a branded guest WiFi portal with contact capture and access controls. Guests can provide consent and verified email addresses; businesses can set session time and bandwidth limits, export guest data, and view guest insights. A centralized dashboard supports multi-location management, while the product connects to supported WiFi controllers. It is aimed at organizations that want guest access to support marketing and review workflows, rather than a broad platform for managing WiFi infrastructure.

Pricing is monthly per location: Essentials costs $49 and includes Guest WiFi, a branded login page, guest email capture and export, and guest insights. Growth costs $79 per location and adds Tier 1 integrations, automated review generation, guest questions, and profile enrichment. Advanced costs $159 per location and adds Tier 2 integrations, advanced review analytics, a dedicated customer success manager, and priority support. A 14-day trial is available. The per-location model is worth considering when comparing costs across sites; the published plans do not price by access point.
