A modular workplace booking platform with strong Microsoft integration and add-on pricing.

MyDesk is a workplace management platform for organizations that reserve desks, meeting rooms and other office resources. It supports web, iOS, Android, Outlook and Microsoft Teams access, making it suited to hybrid and flexible workplaces that want booking, check-in and workplace planning in one system. Its scope extends beyond reservations through visitor registration, catering, workplace analytics and AI-generated reports and office-optimization suggestions.
Pricing is modular rather than per user. Desk booking costs €2.80 per table per month, with a minimum of 50 seats, and includes Outlook, Teams, mobile access, plus desk, lunch and parking bookings. Meeting-room booking costs €25.50 per meeting room per month, with a minimum of 10 meeting rooms. MyDesk Planner costs €240 per month and includes all features and apps. Visitor registration and catering each cost €208 per month, while info screens cost €16 per month and MyDesk AI costs €134 per month. This structure suits teams that want to select workplace modules, but the total subscription can grow as requirements expand.
The strongest fit is a Microsoft-oriented workplace with recurring or multi-day bookings, 3D floor plans and flexible check-in requirements. QR-code and sensor-based check-in, Outlook and Teams booking, API/webhooks, and analytics support a connected office workflow. MyDesk AI adds predefined reports, AI-built reports and widgets, and office-optimization suggestions. Teams seeking only a basic room calendar may find the broader module structure unnecessary, while organizations with separate desk and room needs can choose the relevant plans without adopting every add-on.
