MusicSchoolManager is a web-based SaaS platform for freelance music teachers, independent studios, and growing music schools. It brings recurring private lessons, group classes, trials, make-ups, one-time appointments, attendance, cancellations, student records, family records, enrollment pipelines, billing, communication, and portals into one system. Its scope is suited to organizations managing multiple teachers, rooms, students, and administrative workflows rather than instructors seeking only a simple calendar.

Pricing is divided by operating scale. The Freelancer plan costs $49 per month and includes lesson and event scheduling, attendance and cancellation tracking, billing, payments, and a family and client portal. The Music School Manager plan costs $249 per month and adds lead pipelines, support ticketing, and unlimited students and teachers.
