MuMu Player review
A multi-platform Android emulator with gamepad mapping and support for up to 240 FPS.

MuMu Player, developed by NetEase, runs Android games and applications on Windows, Windows on ARM, and Apple Silicon Macs. Its virtual Android devices, customizable keyboard and mouse mapping, and gamepad control schemes make it a fit for desktop players who want to use physical controls. Google Play access follows Google sign-in, and the emulator also supports installing APK, APKS, and XAPK files. Multi-instance management lets users create and run multiple virtual Android devices, while ADB and other developer features extend its use beyond gaming.
The high-FPS mode supports up to 240 FPS, alongside adjustable display and performance settings. That emphasis may suit players who want a high frame-rate option, but the published capability alone does not establish performance for a particular game or computer. Shared-folder path customization and developer support add practical options for managing files and working with Android apps. MuMu Player is a desktop emulator rather than a general mobile-device management tool, and root access is not supported.
On Mac, the product description specifies a seven-day trial before membership is required; the membership help page lists 30-, 90-, and 365-day durations, while the Mac beta period lists a 30-day membership. Windows is downloadable directly. Those terms make the Mac route a key consideration for anyone weighing ongoing access. MuMu Player is a reasonable fit for players who value multi-instance use, input mapping, Google Play, and a high-FPS mode across supported desktop platforms. Those who require root access or prefer not to move to membership after the Mac trial should consider another emulator.
