MultCloud is a cloud-management platform for accessing multiple storage accounts through one interface. It is designed for people and organizations that need to move, synchronize, back up, search, filter, or share files across services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, SharePoint, Box, MEGA, and pCloud. It also supports email migration to PDF files in cloud storage and works through the web, iOS, Android, and a Chrome extension.

The free plan includes 5GB of data traffic per month, 50 email conversions per month, two transfer threads, cloud transfer, sync and backup, password-protected sharing, and unlimited connected cloud accounts. Paid plans begin with 100GB / Month at $19.99 per month and add 10 transfer threads, scheduled tasks, 10 sync modes, and 24/7/365 priority support. Annual options include 1200GB / Year at $119.88 per year and Yearly Unlimited at $299 per year. Lifetime Unlimited costs $628 as a one-time payment. These paid tiers suit recurring migration, synchronization, and backup workloads that exceed the free traffic allowance.

Its strongest fit is cloud-to-cloud operations: one-way and two-way synchronization, backup and restore, scheduled tasks, cross-cloud search, file-extension filters, and public or private sharing. Broad integrations include Google Workspace, OneDrive for Business, Dropbox Business, Google Photos, iCloud Photos, Flickr, HiDrive, and Baidu, alongside other supported services. MultCloud does not provide storage space, so it is better viewed as a management and transfer layer than as a replacement for a storage provider. Choose it when coordinating several existing cloud accounts is the priority; choose another service when primary storage or versioning is central to the requirement.

  • Where it doesn't
    • Does not provide storage space for primary file storage
    • Versioning is not provided
    • Paid plans start at $19.99 per month
