MPulse Software provides maintenance management software for facility managers, building engineers, and maintenance teams. Its current flagship cloud CMMS, MPACT, supports work requests, work orders, preventive maintenance, asset records, parts inventory, reporting, integrations, and mobile access. The platform is designed for single buildings, campuses, and multi-site operations, with role-based licensing and free unlimited requester accounts. Existing MPulse editions remain supported for legacy customers, while new customers are directed to MPACT.
Pricing is structured across three tiers using annual-billing monthly equivalents. Professional costs $29 per user per month and includes unlimited preventive-maintenance scheduling and tracking, unlimited work orders, maintenance requesters, dashboards, analytics, and real-time notifications. The public pricing page also notes a three-user minimum for Professional. Advanced costs $79 per user per month and adds inventory records with cost, time and cost tracking, failure analysis, downtime tracking, and unlimited asset meters. Enterprise adds optional enterprise add-ons, inventory purchasing with approvals, API integrations, single sign-on, advanced document management, and up to 300GB of add-on media storage.
The strongest fit is a maintenance department that wants broad core coverage without starting at a higher tier. Work orders can be created, assigned, prioritized, tracked, and completed; preventive maintenance can follow time, calendar, or meter schedules; and asset records can include maintenance history, documents, meters, locations, and downtime. Requests can arrive through web forms, QR codes, and APIs, while checklists, required fields, dashboards, KPI reporting, PDF/XLS/CSV exports, and offline technician mobile access support daily operations. Integrations include Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Sage, Oracle, SAP, and others through REST APIs. Teams needing advanced purchasing, single sign-on, or expanded document storage should evaluate Enterprise, while smaller teams that do not need annual licensing or a three-user minimum may prefer a different pricing model.
