Mosyle Manager is a cloud-based mobile device management platform for schools, districts, and other educational organizations managing Apple hardware. It supports iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV through Apple MDM protocols, with tools for enrollment, configuration, application deployment, classroom control, scripting, screen sharing, identity management, and security workflows. Its strongest fit is a K–12 environment centered on Apple devices and education-specific administration.

The plan structure gives schools a free starting point. Mosyle Manager Free costs $0 per device per year when billed annually and includes Apple MDM protocol support, a choice of iOS/iPadOS or macOS, parental controls, Shared iPads, and single sign-on. Mosyle Manager Premium adds management for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and tvOS, plus classroom management tools, automated workflows, a macOS App Catalog, and screen sharing. Mosyle Manager One-K12 costs $9 per device per year, billed annually, and adds Mosyle Auth 2, web filtering and security, CDN hosting for apps, and endpoint security for iOS and macOS. Paid plans require a minimum of 30 licenses, and the published billing policy says monthly subscriptions were discontinued except for legacy accounts.

Apple ecosystem alignment is the central strength. Automated Device Enrollment, Apple User Enrollment, Shared iPad management, app deployment, macOS application patching, permissions, remote scripting, and encrypted screen sharing cover core school administration needs. Integrations with Apple School Manager, Apple Apps & Books, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, LDAP, and an API support common education and identity workflows. Schools that need Apple-focused classroom and device controls should consider Mosyle Manager; organizations requiring broader operating-system coverage should choose a platform designed beyond Apple devices.
