MoonClerk is a Stripe-powered online payment-form and recurring-billing product for businesses, nonprofits, creators, agencies, and other organizations. It supports branded hosted forms, shareable payment links, embeddable forms, and QR codes for one-time or recurring payments. The product is particularly suited to small organizations that need recurring billing without building a payment flow from scratch. It runs on the web and provides API access, while Stripe handles processing and payouts.
Pricing is based on monthly payment volume. The entry plan is $18 per month for up to 2,000 monthly volume, followed by $35 for 2,000–4,000, $60 for 4,000–7,500, $90 for 7,500–12,500, $130 for 12,500–20,000, $175 for 20,000–30,000, $230 for 30,000–45,000, and $310 for 45,000–65,000. Stripe processing fees are charged separately. The published plans show a paid product with no free plan; the vendor also states that a card is not required to start the free trial.
Its feature set is strongest around recurring collections and customer self-service. Custom cadences, trials, coupons, retries, receipts, renewal notifications, billing changes through a customer portal, exports, webhooks, and API access cover common subscription and donation workflows. Payment support includes cards, bank debits, SEPA, BECS, Bacs, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe Link, and Cash App. Integrations include Zapier, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, Tapfiliate, Pirate Ship, and ShipRobot. Choose MoonClerk when hosted recurring-payment tools and a focused Stripe setup fit your organization; consider a broader platform when payment operations need to scale beyond its volume-based model.
