Momice is cloud-based event management software for organizations and event professionals running in-person, hybrid and virtual events. It brings together branded event websites, custom registration forms, invitations, email campaigns, ticketing, QR-code check-in, badge printing, livestream pages, surveys and reporting. The basic license includes three event credits, five users, visitor registration, event mailings, an event website and a branded livestream page. Registration supports up to 5,000 invitees in that license, making Momice a fit for teams managing branded event programs across several formats.
Pricing is modular, so the core license is only part of the budget. Additional event credits cost €360 per credit up to seven credits, or €335 per credit for seven to 22 credits. An unlimited event-credit plan is also available. Paid ticketing costs €500 per year and includes Adyen integration, with a 3% service fee per transaction. Custom domains cost €1,250 per year, custom sender addresses cost €600 per year, and waiting-list registration costs €350 per year. These options suit organizations that need branded infrastructure or monetized registration, but teams with occasional free events may prefer a simpler tool with fewer paid extensions.
