Our verdict on MolarPlus
MolarPlus is a dental clinic management platform for dentists, front-desk teams and multi-location practices. It brings together appointment scheduling, visual calendars, waitlists, recurring appointments, online patient booking, digital records, dental charting, treatment plans, prescriptions, billing, consent forms and patient messaging. Its plans cover single clinics, practices with up to five branches and groups with unlimited branches, staff, patients, appointments and storage. The platform is available through web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android apps.
Pricing is structured around three tiers. Plus costs $5 per month or $48 per year for one clinic location, online booking, dental charting, treatment plans, prescriptions, WhatsApp and email reminders, and digital consent forms with e-signature. Pro costs $10 per month or $96 per year and adds up to five clinic branches, up to 10 staff logins, messaging from the clinic’s own WhatsApp number, a unified email and WhatsApp inbox, and priority support. Growth costs $15 per month or $144 per year, adding unlimited branches, staff, patients, appointments and storage, cross-branch reporting, assisted onboarding, data migration and a named support contact. The strongest fit is a practice that wants more than a basic calendar without moving into a higher-cost system. Appointment reminders can be sent by SMS, WhatsApp and email, while records, charting, billing, forms, analytics, role-based access control and audit logs support broader daily operations. Multi-location groups may find Growth more suitable because it includes cross-branch reporting and unlimited capacity across key practice resources.
