Our verdict on MIXX Intelligence
MIXX Intelligence is a macOS DJ workstation for preparing crates, analyzing tracks and creating mixes. It is aimed at DJs working across open-format styles who want local track analysis, automated transition workflows and tools for building complete sets. The software analyzes BPM, key, energy and beatgrids locally, then supports timeline-based transition windows, automation, effects, decks, stem separation and mix export. Selected Pioneer DJ, AlphaTheta and Hercules controllers are supported.
Its plan structure separates preparation, DJ mixing, stem work and broadcasting. Prepare is the free tier, with crate import and analysis, key, BPM and energy analysis, titles, tags, crates and playlists, while the library remains accessible. DJ costs $7.99 per month and adds full-set creation from a crate, timeline and transition windows, automation, transition styles, EQ, effects and mix export. Pro costs $9.99 per month and adds drums, bass, melody and vocal stems, stem transitions, mashups, decks and Mix Lessons. Radio costs $19.99 per month and adds 24/7 rotation with genre blocks, scheduled shows, AI DJ personas, voice and drops, plus streaming to a station. Every plan begins with a 14-day trial of all features before moving to Prepare.
