Miselup is web-based software for professional kitchens, restaurants, caterers, bakeries, bars, and other hospitality businesses. It brings together digital recipe cards, dynamic food-cost calculations, ingredient and supplier management, allergen tracking, recipe scaling, inventory, purchasing, production planning, HACCP controls, batch traceability, and daily profit reporting. Recipes can include quantities, preparation steps, photos, and videos, then be shared through links or exported to PDF. The service runs on computers, tablets, and phones through a web interface.
Pricing is structured around a free tier and three paid levels. Free includes dynamic recipe costing, serving scaling, an ingredient catalog, public recipe URLs, and Team/Kitchen mode. Essential costs €19 per month or €190 per year and adds up to 250 recipes, full costings, recipe cards with photos, videos, and allergens, PDF and CSV export, and email support. Pro costs €49 per month or €490 per year, with unlimited recipes, inventory and FEFO expiry management, daily P&L, production and mise en place, HACCP and lot traceability, and the Gastro AI importer. Compliance costs €79 per month or €790 per year and adds the full HACCP suite, typed prerequisite records, product core temperature by lot, hazard analysis, and a CCP plan.
The strongest case for Miselup is breadth at the small-business end: costing, allergen propagation, scaling, preparation documentation, inventory, production, traceability, and compliance sit within the same product. AI importing can bring recipes in from photos, PDFs, CSVs, or pasted text. A business with one establishment and a need for documented food-safety processes should find the plan structure practical, especially when the free tier covers initial costing workflows. Larger operators should consider an alternative built around multiple locations, integrations, nutrition management, or recipe versioning.
