miniOrange Identity and Access Management is an IAM platform for workforce, customer, partner, contractor, vendor, and AI-agent identities. It brings together single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, adaptive access, lifecycle management, provisioning, directory services, role-based access control, and application integrations. Organizations can deploy it in cloud, on-premises, or hybrid environments across Windows, macOS, Linux, APIs, and self-hosted infrastructure. It is suited to teams managing access across distributed identity environments rather than a single application or directory.
Pricing is structured around two published Employee IAM tiers. Essential costs $2 per user per month with monthly billing and includes unlimited SAML and OAuth SSO connections, user management, MFA for VPN and VDI, desktop MFA, basic IP-based conditional access, and real-time authentication and usage reporting. Premium costs $3 per user per month and adds SSO for in-house applications, FIDO2 and WebAuthn passwordless MFA, advanced adaptive authentication, SCIM provisioning, bidirectional synchronization, and workflows. A 30-day free trial is available, while the Employee IAM offering does not include a free plan. Enterprise IAM Suite adds legacy and thick-client integrations, access requests, approvals, role-based application access, HR-driven and API provisioning, SIEM integrations, and user lifecycle management.
Its ecosystem fit is broad: integrations include Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, AWS, Office 365, Active Directory, and LDAP. SSO supports SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and WS-Federation, while MFA supports OTP, email, SMS, push, authenticator apps, hardware tokens, security questions, FIDO2, passkeys, and biometrics. Directory synchronization with Active Directory and LDAP, plus SCIM and API-based provisioning, suits organizations with mixed identity systems. Choose it for affordable hybrid IAM coverage; teams needing advanced enterprise workflows should evaluate the Enterprise IAM Suite tier.
