Mini-Manager is self-storage facility management software from TRACKUM, built around billing, payments, tenant records, and facility administration. It supports automated monthly billing, recurring credit-card payments, tenant account and payment tracking, and credit-card processing. Operators can also produce receipts, invoices, statements, late notices, and auction notices, then communicate with tenants by mail, email, or text.
