Minggo gives recruitment organizations and HR teams a no-code way to build branded candidate portals, application pages, forms, and automated workflows around their existing systems. Candidates can check application status and next steps, update profile details, submit availability and documents, and browse recommended vacancies through the portal. It suits teams that want candidate self-service connected to an ATS rather than a standalone candidate destination. The product is web-based and cloud-deployed, with templates and a drag-and-drop app builder for creating digital experiences.
Its central strength is the two-way synchronization with connected ATS platforms: candidate information and availability can flow back to those systems, while portal pages and forms connect to the application process.
