MGT Commerce Magento Hosting is a managed AWS cloud service for businesses running Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce. MGT-COMMERCE GmbH manages the hosting environment in the customer’s AWS account, covering server management, Magento-focused performance optimization, security updates, OS patching, monitoring, backups, caching, SSL, and support. The service ranges from single-server hosting for smaller stores to multi-server and auto-scaling architectures for high-traffic businesses, with free managed migration included across the published plans.

Pricing is structured around four tiers, each with monthly and annual billing. Single Server Premium costs €149 per month monthly or €119 per month annually, with one domain, three support requests per month, an 8-hour SLA, and a free SSL/TLS certificate. Single Server Ultimate costs €199 monthly or €159 annually and adds two domains, five support requests per month, a 4-hour SLA, a test environment, and Redis or Valkey. Single Server Enterprise costs €249 monthly or €199 annually, with five domains, unlimited support requests, a 2-hour SLA, CDN, and a test environment. Multi Server Basic costs €299 monthly or €239 annually and includes MGT WAF, one web server, one RDS database server, unlimited support requests, and 24x7x365 support.

The strongest fit is for Magento operators who want AWS hosting managed around Magento’s operational needs rather than managing the environment alone. Hourly automated backups, Varnish and Redis or Valkey caching, Amazon CloudFront CDN, firewall management, DDoS protection, and Magento-specific PHP and database optimization cover core hosting responsibilities. However, AWS infrastructure charges sit outside MGT fees, and the entry Premium plan does not list a test environment or CDN. Choose MGT Commerce for managed AWS operations and frequent backups; consider another option if an all-inclusive infrastructure bill or staging on every plan is essential.
