Our verdict on Metareal Stage

Metareal Stage is a browser-based 3D visualization tool for photographers and designers who want to turn equirectangular 360-degree images or 3D renders into interactive virtual tours. It supports connected-room navigation, hotspots, 3D models, interactive floorplans, desktop and mobile viewing, and WebVR-compatible headsets, including optional 6DOF. Projects can be shared through web links or embedded in websites, making Stage suitable for property presentations, spatial visualization, and panorama-based client work.

Its strongest fit is a workflow built around panoramic imagery rather than general-purpose 3D scene creation. Users can edit tours in a browser, add labels with text, images, videos, links, or webpages, publish to Google Street View, and connect storage through Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive. Professional and higher plans add floorplan and 3D model exports, while Premium adds SDK access and interactive labels.
