MetaForge brings together written game guides, interactive maps, databases, item and crafting information, event timers, progress tracking, quest and project tracking, leaderboards, and a player-to-player marketplace. It is aimed at players of MMOs, ARPGs, survival games, and related titles who want reference material and progression tools in one service. Many maps, databases, and trackers are available without an account, while sign-in enables selected progress synchronization. The service is available on the web, iOS, and Android, with an Overwolf-powered desktop overlay for supported games.
Its breadth is the main reason to consider it. A player can move from a written guide to map routes, markers, crafting information, event timers, or a progress tracker without switching between separate tools. Discord and Twitch integrations add platform connections, while the Overwolf overlay brings selected information into supported games. Mobile companion apps extend access beyond the desktop, although the overlay does not apply universally and selected synchronization features require sign-in.
