Our verdict on MendriX

MendriX is a transport management system for European road hauliers, couriers, own carriers and logistics departments. It brings order and transport planning, billing, driver workflows, barcode scanning, tracking, fleet records, equipment maintenance, depot operations and customer delivery processes into one system. The product supports cloud SaaS and on-premise deployment, with a Windows TMS application plus mobile apps for drivers and cross-dock operations. It is best suited to logistics teams that need more than dispatch alone, particularly those working with European carrier, warehouse and delivery workflows.

Pricing starts with the Economy plan at €129 per month, billed monthly. Economy includes order planning, billing, standard reports and multiple users. Professional adds extensive rates, own reports, extensive pricing and insight into margins. Premium adds file construction, task-based planning, zone pricing and a graphic planning board. Delivery focuses on transit times, real trip planning, data archiving and customer-selected delivery times. Professional, Premium and Delivery are available with pricing on request, while the product also advertises a free trial.

MendriX stands out for operational breadth. Driver-facing features include trip and task workflows, real-time communication and location sharing, while barcode and package scanning supports depot and delivery work. ADR information and workflows address hazardous-material transport, and cross-dock processing extends the system beyond standard fleet dispatch. Integrations include DHL, UPS, GLS, DPD, Trimble, Transics, FleetGO, Webfleet, Volvo Dynafleet, PTV Route Optimizer, PayHours, ERP systems and WMS systems. Teams needing European logistics specialization and broad back-office coverage should consider it; trucking operators prioritizing verified ELD connectivity or a simpler dispatch-first tool should look elsewhere.
