MeetPass combines meeting management with access control for government bodies, enterprises, organisations and SMEs. Its workflow covers invitations, agendas, room booking, verified attendance from signed QR gate scans, live minutes, digital signatures, action items and searchable meeting records. It also handles visitor, vehicle, residential, event and meeting passes through web, iOS, Android, API and self-hosted options. The fit is strongest for organisations that need meeting records tied to physical attendance and controlled deployment, rather than a lightweight note-taking tool.

The product’s main strength is the depth of its meeting lifecycle. Owners, due dates, subtasks and status give action tracking a defined structure, while searchable records and follow-up threads support ongoing accountability. Integrations include Outlook, Google Calendar, Active Directory, Azure AD, REST APIs, webhooks, turnstiles, barriers, access controllers, printers and SkipCash. Business adds rooms, parking, analytics, SSO / LDAP and multi-site support; Enterprise adds custom integrations and an AI tier. These capabilities make MeetPass a practical choice where meeting administration, visitor management and access systems need to work together.

Deployment and governance are central to the higher tiers. Starter provides cloud SaaS, standard support and self-serve onboarding, while Business adds priority support. Enterprise supports on-premise or private-cloud deployment, dedicated success, an SLA, advanced audit and compliance, and custom integrations. Government extends this to sovereign on-premise or air-gapped deployment, QID and LDAP verification, full audit trails and incident tooling. There is no free plan, and published subscriptions use QAR pricing through contact sales. Choose MeetPass for secure, structured onsite records and controlled environments; choose an alternative if the priority is automated transcription, AI summaries or a simple low-cost notes workspace.

MeetPass pros and cons

    • Minutes, signatures, action items and follow-up threads stay connected.
    • Private-cloud, on-premise and air-gapped deployment support local control.
  • Where it doesn't
    • There is no free plan.
    • Pricing is subscription-based through sales rather than numeric public amounts.
    • AI minutes, summaries and task extraction are described as in build.
