Our verdict on MedSeg
MedSeg is a browser-based workspace for visualizing and segmenting 3D medical images, including CT, MRI and other DICOM volumes. It is aimed at medical imaging teams and researchers who need interactive segmentation or want to train custom 2D or 3D nnU-Net models. The workspace combines manual tools with hosted AI inference using pretrained medical-imaging models.
