MatterKey is a web-based legal practice management platform for SRA-regulated solicitor firms in the UK. It covers the matter lifecycle from intake to archive, with conflict checks, risk assessments, supervision tracking, SRA compliance dashboards, AML and client due-diligence workflows, time recording, billing, document management, practice-area workflows, and a client portal. The platform supports areas including conveyancing, probate, litigation, family, personal injury, commercial, employment, and insurance counter-fraud. It is aimed at firms that want compliance and operational workflows within one system rather than a narrow matter or billing tool.

Pricing starts at £25 per user per month, billed monthly, on Starter. That tier includes matter management, contacts and CDD, time recording and billing, an SRA compliance dashboard, one practice-area module, and DocFlow integration. Professional costs £35 per user per month and adds all practice-area modules, the full AML module, client portal, file reviews and reporting, and the Aida AI assistant.
