Matably brings restaurant reservations, table planning, guest records, and messaging into one web platform. It is designed for independent restaurants and restaurant groups that need to consolidate web, Google, phone, and walk-in bookings in one reservation calendar. The product also covers waitlists, automatic cancellation notifications, table assignment, guest visit history, preferences, allergies, notes, and an embeddable booking widget. WhatsApp Business is central to the experience, with automated confirmations available from Starter and reminders, campaigns, and email marketing added at higher tiers.
Pricing is structured across three monthly plans. Starter costs €69 per month and includes unlimited online reservations, a booking widget, a floor plan for up to 50 tables, WhatsApp confirmations, guest CRM for up to 500 profiles, and one user.
