It combines online booking, client management, SOAP notes, digital intake and consent forms, payments, calendar synchronization and automated reminders. Web, iOS and Android access supports therapists working from clinics, mobile locations or multiple sites. A client portal lets clients view, cancel and reschedule appointments, while treatment packages and memberships support recurring services.
The pricing structure keeps the core service accessible. Solo Free includes an online booking page, client management, SOAP notes, Google Calendar sync, online payments and a client portal. Solo Pro costs £12 per month and adds email reminders, booking deposits, no-show protection, smart travel-time routing, discount codes, a full revenue dashboard and SOAP templates. Solo Plus costs £24 per month and adds SMS reminders, gift cards, treatment packages, client memberships, a loyalty programme and AI-assisted SOAP notes.
