Maslo is a sales-gamification SaaS platform from ROADOO SAS for sales teams, retailers and ambassadors. Organizations can create individual or team challenges with criteria, levels, points and recurring goals, then add leaderboards, rankings, badges and rewards. The platform also combines variable-compensation management, performance dashboards, micro-learning, surveys, news feeds and messaging across web, iOS and Android. Its fit spans small businesses, mid-market organizations and enterprises seeking a broad engagement program rather than a single-purpose leaderboard.
Pricing is published in euros excluding tax. Booster costs €19 per user per month on monthly billing or €15 per user per month with annual billing. Link is €650 per month monthly or €585 per month on annual billing, while Leads is €60 per month monthly or €50 per month on annual billing. Annual figures are monthly equivalents, and purchasing requires a quote. Integrations cover Slack, Microsoft Teams, LumApps, Zapier, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Salesforce, Sellsy, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics, Typeform, Uptoo and Power BI, alongside CRM, HRIS and business-tool connections and a public API.
Maslo’s breadth is its defining strength: configurable mechanics, a marketplace for gifts, e-cards and custom rewards, automated exports, segmentation and indicators support programs that extend beyond sales contests. Cloud and mobile deployment, chat, ticket and documentation support, plus ISO 27001, GDPR and two-factor security controls provide a formal operating base. The trade-off is cost structure: there is no free plan, and Link and Leads use fixed monthly prices rather than per-user rates. Choose Maslo when mobile access, integrations and varied engagement mechanics matter; consider a narrower tool if you only need basic challenges or a free entry tier.
